POSNER, Circuit Judge.

Julius Osaghae, a Nigerian national who has been ordered deported, asks us to set aside a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals denying his requests (which are in the alternative) for asylum, for withholding deportation on the ground that he has a well-founded fear of persecution by the Nigerian government if he is deported, or for suspending deportation on the ground of extreme hardship. 8 U.S.C. §§ 1158(a), 1253(h), 1254....
