On November 28, 1989, the State filed an Information in the District Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District in Musselshell County charging defendants Richard and Rosa Cope (a/k/a Rosa Dickson) with one count each of Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Dangerous Drugs With Intent to Sell.
