This appeal concerns a labor dispute and arbitration that began nearly a decade ago when the railroad suspended its railway operation between Skagway, Alaska and Lake Bennett, Yukon Territory. Several grievances were heard by a three-member arbitration panel. The union prevailed on the grievances relevant here.
