JOHNSON, Judge:

Kenneth Harold James, appellant, was tried by jury for the crime of Bail Jumping, in violation of 22 O.S. 1981, § 1110, in Case No. CRF-86-297 in the District Court of Bryan County. Appellant was represented by counsel. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at six (6) months imprisonment and a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine.
