TRIEWEILER, Justice.

Margaret Johnson sued Capital Ford in the Small Claims Division of the Lewis and Clark County Justice Court. Johnson prevailed, and Capital Ford appealed to the First Judicial District Court in Lewis and Clark County. The District Court reviewed the taped record from the Small Claims Division and affirmed.
