Appellant John Stanley Wryn was convicted of conspiracy to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute, LSD in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). His conviction was based in part on his state probation officer's discovery of 8,000 dosage units of LSD in his house during a warrantless search.
