Ninety-two asbestos cases were consolidated for trial. In order to streamline things, the trial was divided into three distinct phases, the first two phases using the same jury. On appeal2, plaintiffs primarily complain of the mode of the trial. Finding error was not preserved on this point, we reject their complaint.
