Appellant Suzi Bulgin conditionally pled guilty pursuant to I.C.R. 11(a)(2) to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, I.C. § 37-2732(c)(1). On appeal, Bulgin challenges the district court's order denying her motion to suppress the methamphetamine and other items discovered in her purse during the execution of a search warrant.
