The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether, pursuant to § 14-10-119, C.R.S. (1987 Repl.Vol. 6B), a trial court may award a fee to an attorney who, on a pro bono basis, has rendered services to a party to a dissolution of marriage proceeding. The trial court concluded that the statute does not authorize such relief and entered an order denying the wife's request that her attorney...
