Lucy Tanner of Welsh, Louisiana, appeals from a district court judgment affirming the Secretary's decision refusing her Social Security disability insurance and supplemental income payments. As her first assignment of error, Tanner contends that the administrative law judge who decided her case denied her due process by relying on a written report submitted after the close of her administrative hearing.
