Petitioner-appellant Bryan Ramer appeals a denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus.1 On appeal, Ramer argues: (1) his due process rights were violated by the prison's policy of disallowing prisoners to call staff members as witnesses at disciplinary proceedings, (2) he was charged and convicted of a criminal felony statute in the disciplinary hearing without the protections afforded by the due process clause...
