Ellen Campbell was tried and convicted of the charges contained in a three count bill of indictment. At the conclusion of the trial, she moved for a judgment of acquittal on all three charges and her motion was denied as to the charge of causing a false HUD-1 Statement to be filed with a government agency (18 U.S.C. § 1001) as alleged in Count III.
