OPINION

LANE, Presiding Judge:

Brian A. Kamees, Appellant, was tried by jury and convicted for the crime of Grand Larceny (21 O.S.Supp. 1982, § 1704) in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-87-6496. The trial court sentenced appellant to fifty (50) years imprisonment in accord with the jury's verdict. Appellant raises five issues for our consideration.
