OPINION

BURKE, Justice.

Judith Broderick appeals from the superior court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants in Broderick's damage action against Shirley Gilman and King's Way Assembly of God Church for the alleged sexual abuse of Broderick's daughter. We reverse.1
