Plaintiff filed a three-count complaint against defendant St. Mary's Honor Center ("St. Mary's") and defendant Steve Long. Defendant St. Mary's is a minimum security correctional facility operated by the Missouri Department of Corrections and Human Resources ("MDCHR").
