This case involves an official written order of the Rock Springs, Wyoming Fire Chief requiring immediate (sixty days) removal by appellant, V-1 Oil Company (V-1 Oil), of a long-standing 18,000 gallon liquefied petroleum gas (LPG or propane) storage tank from its service station premises within the city limits of the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming (City), appellee. The storage tank had been anathematized by the Fire Chief for contended violation...
