Larry Von Nichols appeals from the district court's dismissal of his products liability action based on Nichols' attempt to defraud the court. We affirm.

FACTS

On March 10, 1983, while constructing a downtown Kansas City hotel, Nichols fell and was injured. Nichols claims that the accident was caused by the failure of a "wide-throat re-bar snap hook" manufactured by Klein Tools. Nichols originally filed suit in Missouri...
