Bernardo Bruce was convicted of possession of over five grams of cocaine base with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B)(iii), using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), as well as possession of cocaine and marijuana, 21 U.S.C. § 844.
