Plaintiff, The Dispatch Printing Company, brings this action pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) against Teamsters Union, Local No. 284, seeking an Order by this Court vacating an arbitration award against it in favor of one of its employees.
