This is a consolidated appeal. In United States v. Van Cauwenberghe, No. 89-50275, Wilfried Van Cauwenberghe appeals the denial of his Fed.R.Crim.P. 41(e) motion for return of property. In Biard v. Blair and Van Cauwenberghe, No. 89-55868, Van Cauwenberghe appeals an order of the district court that directed payment of money on deposit in the registry of the court to the plaintiff...
