Dennis Rodriguez was indicted for violating 18 U.S.C. § 371 (conspiracy), 18 U.S.C. § 2114 (robbery of a United States Postal Service letter carrier), and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (use of a firearm in a crime of violence).
