Salomon Jimenez pled guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (D.U.I.), a felony. I.C. §§ 18-8004, 8005(3). The district court imposed a unified sentence of five years in the custody of the Board of Correction, with a minimum period of confinement of one year.
