Paul and Dorothy Corbello seek damages for wrongful death in this suit. A train owned and operated by Southern Pacific Transportation Co. (defendant) struck the automobile driven by their daughter, Sabrina. Sabrina Corbello died as a result of the collision. The jury apportioned fault among the parties and held defendant had been 75% negligent and that the deceased girl had been 25% negligent. The jury awarded...
