This is an appeal from a decision of the Superior Court which affirmed the granting of a liquor license by the Delaware Alcohol Beverage Control Commission (the "Commission"). The appellants-protestants contend that it was an abuse of discretion for the Commission to deny them access to certain confidential financial information filed by the applicant and relied upon by the Commission in granting the license...
