Appellant contends the trial court erred in departing from the recommended sentencing guidelines. We agree and reverse.

Appellant was charged by indictment with the first-degree murder of her seventeen-day-old infant and with aggravated child abuse. Both charges were based on the same acts, as the aggravated child abuse culminated in the infant's death.
