Defendants Samuel Lechuga and Aurelio Carrasco Lechuga were convicted of one count of conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. They appeal their convictions, alleging that the vehicle stop that led to the discovery of evidence introduced by the government at trial was a violation of their Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.
