On June 7, 1991, Kevin Lewis and Donna Mitchell were charged by information with one count of knowing and intentional unlawful possession with intent to distribute approximately four ounces of cocaine base, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
