After a plea agreement broke down, Daniel Taglia was tried and convicted on one count of violating 21 U.S.C. § 846 (conspiracy to distribute cocaine) and three counts of violating 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (possession with intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine).
