Kenneth D. Rager appeals his convictions of one count of racketeering, twenty-seven counts of securities fraud and twenty-seven counts of grand theft. We conclude that the trial court erred in not granting appellant's motion for judgment of acquittal. Insufficient evidence was adduced as to Rager's involvement and knowledge of the illegal acts. We accordingly reverse the trial court's order denying appellant's motion for judgment of acquittal...
