The only question of consequence in this case is whether defendant's rights under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers ("IAD"), 18 U.S.C. Appendix 2, Article IV(e), were violated when he was taken from Massachusetts custody in its state prison, MCI-Concord, to the District Court for the District of Massachusetts on a writ of habeas corpus ad prosequendum
