On September 3, 1985, plaintiffs Marcello Aguilar (Aguilar), Maher Nubani (Nubani) and Maria DeLourdes Guzman (Guzman), individually and in a representative capacity, filed a class action complaint against defendant Safeway Insurance Company (Safeway). Plaintiffs, as insureds under their automobile policies, brought actions against their insurer, Safeway, to recover court costs, jury fees, and sheriff's costs incurred...
