Shirley Foxworth was assaulted and fatally stabbed in the Marrero Apartment Complex, which is owned and operated by the Housing Authority of Jefferson Parish. Both Mrs. Foxworth and her assailant, Dorothy Zeno, were residents of the apartment complex.
