Defendant, Certain Underwriters At Lloyd's of London, appeals a judgment of the trial court finding that coverage existed under an insurance policy issued by Lloyd's to LMS and granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Louisiana Maintenance Service ("LMS") to this effect.
