Defendant Roy Green was convicted of two counts of assaulting a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111. He appeals, challenging the district court's jury instruction concerning the duties of the federal officers who were the victims of the assaults, the district court's failure to instruct the jury that the assault must be willful, and its instruction that the government does not have to prove that the assaults caused injury.
