OPINION

MAYER, Circuit Judge.

Billy R. Burton appeals the order of the United States Court of Veterans Appeals, No. 90-248 (June 1, 1990), dismissing his appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm.

Background

Burton was discharged from the Air Force in 1976 after nineteen days on active duty because of chronic recurrent knee pain. Nine years later, he filed a claim for benefits which a regional office of the Veterans Administration...
