Petitioner-Appellant Ronald Ray Lyles appeals his convictions for Burglary, a class A felony, IND. CODE 35-43-2-1; Confinement, while armed with a deadly weapon, a class B felony, IC 35-42-3-3; Battery, with a deadly weapon, a class C felony, IC 35-42-2-1; and Intimidation, committed by use of a deadly weapon, a class C felony, IC 35-45-2-1.

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
