Plaintiff, Katherine Voight, appeals the judgment notwithstanding the verdict entered by the trial court in favor of defendant, Colorado Mountain Club (CMC). She also appeals the trial court's refusal to admit certain evidence and dismissal of her punitive damages claim. CMC cross-appeals several rulings of the trial court. We affirm the trial court's dismissal of the punitive damages claim. The judgment notwithstanding the verdict is reversed...
