Richard Lee Wolverton was found guilty by a jury of rape, robbery (two counts), kidnapping, and the use of a firearm in the commission of those crimes. See I.C. § 18-6101 (rape), I.C. § 18-6501 (robbery), I.C. §§ 18-4501 & 02 (kidnapping), and I.C. § 19-2520 (possession of a firearm during a crime). He was sentenced to the custody of the Board of Correction for a life term, enhanced by fifteen years...
