FACTS

On September 29, 1980, Plaintiff obtained a judgment against Defendant in the amount of $8,263.25, including costs. Plaintiff filed interrogatories in aid of execution on January 30, 1981. The judgment was docketed on February 2, 1981. Although not reflected in the record before us, Plaintiff alleges he brought a second complaint seeking foreclosure of the judgment lien.
