YOUNG, Justice:

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of one count of cheating at gambling and one count of burglary. Appellant's convictions stem from his activities in John Ascuaga's Nugget in Sparks, Nevada, on December 10, 1989. Karen M.
