This lawyer disciplinary proceeding is before us on complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report. Marvin S. Davis filed a petition for review contesting the referee's findings and recommended discipline of a ninety-day suspension followed by a two-year period of probation. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. We adopt the findings and the recommendations of the referee.
