Gary Blair appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Harold Fullmer, in an action seeking to enjoin Fullmer from obstructing a public road that Blair alleges exists on Fullmer's property.

In 1958, G.B. Caudle and Mary Sue Caudle sought to subdivide their property in Talladega County. The Caudles drafted a plat of the proposed Caudle Lake Subdivision and filed it in the office of the probate judge of Talladega County...
