Magaha, and Theron Frank Taylor (all hereinafter referred to as the "Taylors") filed a contest of the August 1, 1985, will of Allen M. McGee. The Taylors contend that the disposition of Allen McGee's property in that will resulted from undue influence exercised upon Allen McGee by Jason R. McGee, Jr.
