Plaintiffs-appellants John and Ruth McClure1 appeal the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Stephen and Ruth Strother in the McClure's personal injury action. The sole issue for our review is whether the McClures presented a genuine issue of material fact precluding the entry of summary judgment.

We affirm in part and reverse in part.
