Vicki Brown filed this suit against the Hartshorne School District and its school board members under 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (1988) (Title VII) and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988), alleging that she was the victim of national origin discrimination and retaliation. The district court granted defendants' motion to dismiss, concluding that the suit was barred by the applicable statute of limitations and by Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)...
