The people appeal as of right from the decision and order of the Detroit Recorder's Court granting defendant Frank Arthur Toney's motion to suppress the evidence and dismiss the complaint. Defendant had been charged with one count of possession of less than twenty-five grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7403(2)(a)(v); MSA 14.15(7403) (2)(a)(v).
