Plaintiff, Joseph Abadie, appeals from an order of the circuit court which granted defendants' motion for summary judgment as to all counts of his second amended complaint. The record contains no indication as to the basis of the trial court's decision. This cause of action arose from the collision of a car being driven by plaintiff on a public highway and a horse owned by defendants, Garfield and Alvilda Royer...
