OPINION

CHIN, J.

Lawrence Gregory Pahl was convicted of sexual battery (Pen. Code, § 243.4, subd. (a));1 he was sentenced to six years' imprisonment. He contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict and that instructional and sentencing error occurred. We find no error and affirm.
