Pan Am Corporation and affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively "Pan Am"), debtors in a proceeding commenced in this district under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, move under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(5) to transfer to this district certain wrongful death claims pending in a Florida state court and arising out of the crash on December 21, 1988 of Pan Am Flight 103 in Lockerbie, Scotland. Pan Am's motion, resisted by the Florida plaintiffs...
