GUIDRY, Judge.

Defendant, John Makar, suspensively appeals a judgment of the district court finding plaintiff, James D. Withers, totally and permanently disabled and casting him for $262.00 per week in worker's compensation benefits from May 21, 1986 plus penalties, attorney's fees and all related medical expenses. We amend and affirm as amended.
